What is this service?
Financial advisers often have an advice gap of their own; customers with smaller cases who need and want your advice, but for whom the face-to-face approach is too costly. ISA advice often falls into this gap. So we developed AccessAdvice, a service that enables you to offer stocks and shares ISAs much more cost effectively. You can now service clients by supplying a link to AccessAdvice from your website, saving you and your clients time. It takes around 15 minutes for a client to complete, after which they are automatically sent your personalised, regulated ISA Report with your recommended ISA investment, without you having to lift a finger.
How does it work?
You simply fully configure AccessAdvice to your investment and branding proposition. When you are comfortable, the version is made live, accessible from your website. Dynamic Planner provides you with all the help and support you need to set up and use the service. Your client completes the simple 8-step process and the information is stored within Dynamic Planner. You then contact the client and transact the ISA straight through via Dynamic Planner’s WealthConnect, or through your existing route. What once took you nearly 4 hours, now takes you 30 minutes.
Whose advice is this?
The service is under your branding and your advice, as is the ISA Report. And it can be fully configured to suit your preferences. There is an off-the-peg version of the service available with pre-configured investment options that have been developed by us working closely with specially chosen investment managers and platform providers. AccessAdvice also supports fully bespoke whole-of-market investment options should you prefer.
What are the benefits?
AccessAdvice enables you to deliver fully automated ISA advice online to your clients. Therefore, you can profitably serve clients who may have previously been unprofitable or turned away. You can now offer ISA advice without the need for a face-to-face meeting, meaning you can service your existing clients outside of their annual review process. Clients can complete the service at any time they choose. The key client data captured is available to you in Dynamic Planner. Not only will AccessAdvice help service your existing clients, you can now cost effectively provide ISA advice to those referrals that are important to maintaining long-term client relationships. What may have once been a painful process is now profitable.
Is it compliant?
With industry renowned asset and risk modelling powered by Dynamic Planner you can be sure your advice will be consistent with your current suitability approach. The service has been extensively tested and we provide a full Due Diligence Pack for you to review. We have also commissioned an independent compliance review for firms considering adopting AccessAdvice in their business. Financial planning rules are configurable and we provide onboarding and testing support to help you ensure that your advice is compliant.
