TEAM ADMINISTRATOR – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT [BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM]

The role:

Following significant investment in our Marketing team, whose focus is on lead generation, we have now embarked on the next phase of our expansion as we build our new Business Development Team of sales superstars! A key player in the team will be an exceptional, customer-focused Administrator who will provide full team support.

  • The Business Development team play an instrumental role in the sales of Dynamic Planner licences and associated services
  • You will be responsible for helping the wider distribution team by supporting the sales process through efficient administration and sales support

The person:

  • A confident individual who can learn quickly and provide a high level of support to our distribution teams
  • You will want to make an impact in your team, the Company and provide an exceptional level of client service
  • Great on the telephone, engaging and a good communicator
  • Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft applications is important and an understanding of Salesforce (our customer management system) would be an advantage
  • Experience in a sales environment would also prove useful

  • Our sales people are true consultants. They spend the time needed to truly understand our clients’ businesses before recommending and selling solutions
  • Reports to Business Development – Team Lead

  • We are looking for a confident sales person who has the track record to prove it to join a growing team of telephone-based superstars
  • You will be a great consultative seller, with an excellent track record of meeting and beating sales targets

The role:

DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE [MARKETING]

The role:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing all digital aspects of the wider marketing strategy, driving leads from our various customers who include Financial Advisers, Asset Managers, Financial Institutions and the wider market place.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Website – to lead on the rebuild, and own new client-facing website. Working with product team to ensure client website complies with product requirements
  • Driving leads – contribute to lead generation via promotion of all digital channels
  • Paid advertising – create and lead on paid for digital advertising campaign
  • Social media – organise and promote social channels LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
  • Analysis & reporting – Google Analytics reporting
  • SEO – ensure website and social media accounts are optimised
  • Content – create digital content with Dynamic Planner members, across multiple departments for various platforms, to include email, social, website, blogs, video etc.
  • External contracts – manage digital marketing efforts sourced externally
  • Tech development – work with the technical side of the company to input on digital product development and enhancement

Education, skills and experience required:

  • Two years’ hands-on marketing experience
  • Lead generator
  • Digital activity tracking
  • SEO experience
  • Social media experience
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Website experience with WordPress or similar
  • Email marketing experience with Microsoft Outlook or similar
  • Newsletter experience with MailChimp or similar
