PEOPLE AND OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Due to expansion we are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and outgoing individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for people! This is a dynamic and varied role working in a fun and friendly office environment alongside the Recruitment and Office Manager, as part of our People team.

The Role:

You will undertake all administration tasks associated with HR processes and procedures, and also provide more general office support to the business. You’ll manage all our people data input and general record keeping, including absence, payroll and benefits administration and also get involved in activities to support employee engagement.

The role is broad covering all areas of generalist HR, supporting all employees and management with first line information and advice.

Our aim is to create a great working environment for our people and so you will also be involved in facilities and office support activities that help to underpin this.

As part of the people team you will be assisting the People Manager with people metrics, the application of policies and procedures, training needs and effective communication among other things.

Experience:

• Min 1-year office admin experience with a desire to move into HR and gain qualifications.

Knowledge and skills:

Knowledge of HR processes and procedures – advantageous
Administration and high accuracy in data entry
Communication both written and verbal
Pro-active, keen to learn with a can do attitude
High integrity and professionalism
Proficient with IT packages

Education:

A Levels – preferred

CUSTOMER INSIGHT ANALYST

We’re looking for a bright and engaging individual to lead our customer insight function. If you are passionate about delighting customers, enjoy research, have an analytical mind, plus a love of technology then we want to hear from you!

The role:

Dynamic Planner is the UK’s leading risk profiling and investment suitability process, used by thousands of financial advice firms across the country and abroad. We want to make it easy for our users to provide suitable advice that is accessible to all.

In this role you will need to use your impressive analytical skills to help the company understand the way in which our clients work and their needs in order to create products and services which they really value and enjoy using.

With a blend of one to one discussions, site visits and surveys you will glean data and insight from our clients which you will then be responsible for translating into ideas/solutions to help shape the future direction of our products and services.

If you’re successful, you’ll be part of our Product team, feeding into our Scrum methodology, working closely with our Product Manager and the sprint teams which include; testers, business analysts and project managers, with whom you will work closely. You will also support our client facing teams such as client success, sales and marketing in order to drive adoption of Dynamic Planner.

Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience of the inner working of IFA firms (specifically wealth management), common processes and regulations
  • Must be client facing and willing to travel occasionally to client offices around the UK

  • Knowledge of software systems used by IFAs an advantage (e.g. platforms, back office)

Education

  • Ideally Degree level Education
  • 3 A Levels minimum

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT [TELEPHONE SALES]

The role:

  • Based in our offices in Reading, opposite the train station, the telephone sales team play an instrumental role in Dynamic Planner sales. The team will focus on small financial advice firms with 1-5 CF30s
  • Leads are primarily driven by our marketing function. However, as the team grow elements of individual prospecting may be required
  • Our sales people are true consultants. They spend the time needed to truly understand our clients’ businesses before recommending and selling solutions
  • Reports to Team Lead

The person:

  • We are looking for a top sales person who has the track record to prove it to join a growing team of telephone-based superstars
  • You will be a great consultative seller, with an excellent track record of meeting and beating sales targets
  • You will have some sales or business development experience and be looking for your next challenge.
  • You will want to make an impact in your team, company and provide an exceptional client service.
