Investor Experience Questionnaire
Enhanced risk profiling
Dynamic Planner has enhanced its risk profiling service to now include an Investor Experience Questionnaire.
This new feature enables you to obtain your client’s prior knowledge and investment experience for consideration when selecting a suitable risk profile. This will also allow you to determine their engagement with existing investments and any prior experience of loss.
The Investor Experience Questionnaire is based on 9 optional questions delivered at the beginning of the risk profiling process within the existing Dynamic Planner application and iOS app.
This questionnaire enhances the existing capture of the client’s attitude for risk and capacity for risk, the importance of which has been highlighted by the FCA in COBS 9.2.1.
The Investor Experience Questionnaire will enable Dynamic Planner users to:
- Efficiently and robustly advise and service their clients
- Evidence how regulatory requirements for suitability have been followed with a documented audit trail
- Promote an informed discussion with the client
