You will be part of a small, growing team who are the primary contact for inbound calls and emails in order to respond to our client needs in a timely manner and always within agreed SLA’s.
Recording of new cases and updating existing cases, keeping various internal systems up to date e.g. Salesforce our CRM system, and TFS our defect tracking system, with a view to resolving cases and updating the client accordingly.
To address any client training needs by providing training sessions through WebEx, phone or face to face in order to educate and increase usage of Dynamic Planner.
You will be responsible for the account management of multiple firms, who you will need to keep in regular contact with to assess usage of Dynamic Planner, identify training needs and potential upsell opportunities.
Keeping user guides and client facing collateral up-to-date and making enhancements where appropriate.
Participate in regional roadshow events to enhance client relationships and help promote any new features launched.
