Head of Enterprise Sales

A positive, can-do head of enterprise sales, commercially minded, both consultative and creative by nature and who is relentlessly focused on designing and selling solutions which add value to your clients. A complete self-starter and tenacious finisher.

Job Description


Main Responsibilities:


  • Identify the target market, research, define and agree internally a winning proposition for large financial services enterprises (*) based on Dynamic Planner’s award-winning financial planning system and capabilities
  • Originate your own pipeline through personal relationships, as well as building on existing Dynamic Planner prospect and client relationships, plus incoming enquiries
  • To successfully sell the enterprise proposition to target firms – with pre-sales support from Business Development Consultants (BDCs) and post-sale support from Account Managers
  • To enhance BDCs’ enterprise sales skills and capabilities through active, in-deal coaching, and to aid sales which require enterprise selling

(*) Wealth managers, insurers, banks and the largest advice firms with more than 100 advisers


What experience and qualifications are required?


  • Demonstrable experience of creating and driving six and seven figure multi-year licence sales from prospect to close focused on delivering client value within complex large organisations
  • Highly professional consulting-led sales skills to C-Level executives and at multiple levels within an organisation, building consensus to a sale
  • Deep understanding of technology solutions and the value they can bring in the financial, wealth or investment planning process ideal
  • Strong senior level relationship network in relevant market segments preferred. Excellent and proactive networker a must
  • Excellent presentational skills to clients and larger audiences at seminars and conferences
  • Excellent written skills – the experience and ability to write clear and compelling proposals, RFP and RFI responses
  • Ability to build a consensus with internal colleagues around multi-faceted sales proposals to large clients including; technology, product, investment services, project management, finance and legal
  • Ability to position multi-faceted solutions against competition, focusing on client value
  • Ability to negotiate contracts with legal support
  • Experience of providing coaching to others working with you to enhance their skills and effectiveness


  • Degree level or equivalent and a comfort with maths
