While we are a team, first and foremost, at Dynamic Planner – we understand we are all individuals within that wider culture and environment. We all have competing priorities alongside work, like being a parent or being a carer – and particularly at the moment against the backdrop of the coronavirus crisis. Ultimately, family comes first, which is why each Dynamic Planner team member is fully supported to work flexibly and work remotely where possible. The work-life balance is a two-way street. We find if you give a little, you get a lot back from brilliant and brilliantly committed people.
Once a month, we celebrate ‘Fun Friday’ at Dynamic Planner HQ, when we encourage team members to enjoy lighter activities in the office – table tennis, pizza and beer, bake off challenges and more. Every Friday is dress-down Friday at Dynamic Planner – and each month team members enjoy a Payday Treat (March treat is an Amazon voucher to rent a movie to enjoy with the family while we’re all at home). There is a regular supply of fresh fruit and assorted drinks, which are free, available for everyone in the office kitchen each day. And you can join the Dynamic Planner yoga club, who meet regularly and currently in the form of an online Teams session via webcam.
