About the role:


To ensure our clients understand the full breadth of our offering and provide relevant support, guidance and training (phone, Webex, onsite).

The role will be varied. You will be the first point of contact for our clients via the telephone and via incoming cases into the Salesforce support queue. You will be at the centre of the whole company and will form strong relationships with all internal teams. You will be responsible for training via Webex with your focus being onboarding clients and assisting them with their adoption of Dynamic Planner.

There will be a proactive/account management element to the role as needed. As we progress to support our clients digitally, you will be involved in supporting the Digital Training Manager with ideas and input. As we move to one system, you will work with our clients as they adopt this. Putting the client first is at the heart of everything we do, there is room for progression and growth within the role for the right candidate.
