Sales Operations Associate

Location: Hybrid / Reading

Role Purpose:

  • To ensure that all administration required for an Asset Manager client to benefit from our services, is completed in an accurate and timely fashion
  • To maximise the time salespeople spend talking to current and future clients
  • To support legal, finance and other centralised functions on Asset Manager specific technical information
  • To assist the Investment Services Sales Team in achieving annual revenue targets

Key responsibilities

  • Processing administrative changes to Asset Managers and their funds and portfolios so that the details are accurate and consistent
  • Coordinating the completion of the questionnaires that our current and future clients may require periodically or from time to time
  • Researching and monitoring the retail investment market for new clients and or new products and checking the administrative information we hold on our current clients is accurate
  • Any other tasks required to ensure delivery of the highest level of service to clients
  • To manage cross-team processes and query resolution

  • Service levels to our existing clients
  • Retention of Asset Manager clients

  • Accurate records of Asset Manager information
  • Prompt and accurate responses to Asset Manager requests for information.
  • Asset Manager satisfaction and retention
  • Smooth running of legal process

Education & qualifications

Undergraduate/ postgraduate Degree in a relevant subject such as Economics, Business Administration Finance or relevant professional qualification.
