Following our announcement at our 2019 Annual Conference back in January and February, and months of user feedback and input, we’re excited to be able to share a new Client Review process with our whole user community.
We’ve heard how important the review process is to advice firms’ businesses and how central it is to your client engagement. That’s why we’ve focused on providing an efficient process that produces engaging and compelling client outputs. Fully licenced Dynamic Planner users can try out the review process.
The review process is part one of our Elements programme, delivering technology that’s refreshingly simple to use and helps you demonstrate your value to clients. The review process is the first step in our rolling programme of updates and enhancements. Watch this space for what’s coming next.
The June release also saw the capital market assumptions update for Q2 2019. We’ve made a small enhancement to allow arrangements to be marked as sold. This helps with the review process where an arrangement has been encashed part way through the review cycle – because, if you delete it, we can’t report on it.
